Stop approaching, increase distance and let the competent handler decide what happens next.

Equipment concern

Keep the item out of use and request the appropriate real check; do not improvise a repair or fit.

Participant uncertainty

Listen, return to adult-led clarity and permit the participant to stop without pressure.

Head impact or injury concern

Stop activity and follow current medical, concussion and emergency procedure. The app cannot interpret symptoms or clear return to riding.

Crowding or blocked exit

Stop movement, restore the route and wait for direction rather than pushing through a schedule.

Sudden hazard

Follow the live venue or emergency process. The app cannot coordinate a vehicle, loose animal or other incident.

Conflicting instructions

Stop and name the current person in charge before another request is made.

Urgent welfare concern

End the app flow and contact the responsible handler, veterinarian or emergency service appropriate to the real situation.

Pony welfare

No diagnosis or treatment

The app does not assess pain, lameness, illness, exertion, tack fit, feeding, hoof care or veterinary status.

Human health

No symptom interpretation

It does not provide first aid, diagnose concussion, determine fitness to ride or create a return-to-ride plan.
