Reset locally, escalate appropriately

Twofold Rally has no server account or remote support console. Most app issues are resolved by navigating home, clearing Pairboard, changing Reduce Motion, clearing local app data or reinstalling the exact release.

Troubleshooting

Start with the smallest local action

Return to Twofold Yard

Use Android Back or the visible back arrow. A detail returns to its module; a module returns home.

Clear Pairboard

Open Pairboard Builder, scroll to Current Session and choose Clear Pairboard. No server deletion is needed.

Reduce movement

On Twofold Yard, enable Reduce interface motion. The preference is stored only on the device.

Refresh a screen

Return home and open the module again. Content is packaged locally and does not need a connection.

Clear all app data

Use Android Settings → Apps → Twofold Rally → Storage → Clear data. Menu wording varies by device.

Reinstall

Uninstall and reinstall the exact signed release from the publisher. Uninstalling removes the local preference.

Report a display issue

Include app version, Android version, device model, screen name and what was clipped. Do not include youth, health or safeguarding records.

Real-world concern

Use the current organiser, caregiver, competent handler, qualified professional or emergency channel; the app cannot receive an incident.
